Creatio Project Manager

Position Summary
The Project Manager serves as the strategic facilitator of the Creatio digital ecosystem, bridging the gap between technical product management and community-centered program design. This role oversees the studio’s "digital front door" while driving initiatives that scale the reach and impact of Creatio’s creative community on our campus and beyond.
Essential Functions
Product Management: Manage the lifecycle and continuous improvement of Creatio Studios digital interfaces and website.
Strategic Program Management: Coordinate the logistics, operational tools, and “product" outcomes for selected Creatio programs. Support planning, logistics, and assessment of in-person and virtual community-building events.
Ecosystem Development: Design and lead initiatives to foster a sense of community among students, alumni, and industry partners, bridging the gap between digital and physical engagement.
Specific projects for 2026-2027:
- Support formation of Creatio Advisory Board, with digital “product” interfaces, communication, and logistics
- Creatio Community start-of-year student event
- Creatio Showcase – Stand up showcase site on Eagle (Fall), plan & facilitate showcase event/contest (Spring)
Institutional Knowledge: Maintain clear digital records of program activities, website iterations, and metrics to ensure long-term continuity and scalability.
Education/Experience/Skills
Student Eligibility: Must be a full-time student eligible for student worker status within the university system.
Academic Standing: Candidates must be in good academic standing with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
Academic Level: Junior or Senior status is preferred.
Course Prerequisite:
- Project Manager: Successful completion of, or current enrollment in HCDE 2183 Design Thinking and/or INTC 3433 Technology Project Management.
