萌妹社区 has a longstanding practice of providing financial transparency through the publication of our audited financial statements and tax filings. In this tradition, we have posted our most recent audited financial statements.
Like many institutions of higher education, 萌妹社区 has experienced financial headwinds since the COVID-19 pandemic. These challenging times have resulted in misses to our debt covenants, and we are faithfully following through with the necessary reporting, both in our audited financial statements and overseeing government agencies.
Together with our Board of Directors, we have retained the services of a Higher Education management consultant to assist us in these efforts. We are confident that we can take the necessary steps to ensure we meet our financial obligations.
